I cant access to fut. yesterday played draft and got disconnect. and as I see I need draft reset. but advisor wont help, only repeting this: 

 

Well, As I have checked this for you, This is a known issue as we have received few other contacts for the same issue as well and the good thing is the studio team is already aware and working to fix this for you.
 
The issue is under investigation as some other players are also not able to login in their account after getting disconnected from draft match , but soon it should get fixed. We are working on this to fix it for you. Please wait for sometime and rest assured as the content is secured for you.Our excellent team is working to fix this issue as son as possible.
