You lost connection to your opponent.
Hello! I purchased fifa20 and tried to play online, both in the final and with friends, but I encountered a problem, it comes into play but after about 10 minutes of playing the error appears * You lost connection to your opponent. Will check the match report to she won and who lost*. Can anyone help me with a solution to this situation please?

Hello again! I tried all the steps above but without much luck, idea is that Fifa 20 is the only game that does not go online, takes me out after a few minutes played and is not, I tried to play on the ps4 account of another player and also does not go fifa 20 but he goes to play fifa 20 from my account .. there is the possibility of being the account banned for fifa 20, I specify the fact as ps4 I bought it a few months ago from a boy and he had a cd installed, but I gave him an initialization of the whole ps4 and I made another account so it is no longer related to the old account.
