Cannot enter Fifa 20 web app
I just tried to log into the fut 20 we app and it says that trial access user cannot enter it, and that I have to buy the full game in order to use the web app. But the thing is that I already bought the Fifa 20 champions edition 1 week ago and I have already played the full version of the game (10 hr trial).
If u know how to fix it i would be very pleased. and I don't think I am the only one with this problem so far. so it would probably help others as well.

I already bought FIFA 20, the ultimate version. Why don't I have access to the web app? I've also created the team in the ultimate team in fifa 20.

Hi guys,
Last night i downloaded FIFA 20 Ultimate version + EA access to start playing with the 10hours pass.
This morning when I first started FUT, it didn't connect me to my past account from 2014 (I didn't buy FIFA 19 but still manage to connect my account on it a while ago). Now I have a whole new team created in Sept 2019, called "Wigan county". I didnt event get the chance to change my team's name.
Besides I didn't get any packs except for the first one + 1 loan player.
Now I just realised I can't connect to Fifa 20 web app as they're saying : "sorry trial access users cannot use the FIFA 20 Companion App or Web App. You must purchase a full copy of FIFA 20 and login to FUT on your Console or PC before you can use Companion Apps."
Well I bought the full version (Ultimate). PLEASE HELP
I don't get it. Is anything wrong with EA access ? FIFA companion ?
I just want my team's name, my packs and the my old "Est. DEC 2014"

The web app is telling me that I cannot access it due to being a trial access user even though I have already pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of Fifa 20. I don't know how to proceed from here, I can log into the game fine and have even played some squad battles.

Same thing happened to me, dont have my previous club and didnt get any loyalty packs. Also cant access the web app or companion app, and I also bought the ultimate edition. I put in a ticket with EA and I am waiting to hear back. If you find a fix let me know
