Fifa 20 disconnecting and did lost my payment

Fifa 20 disconnected with. "Lost connection with EA servers, log in again"

That happend when I had bought packs to fifa draft with the result of losing the match and then its not possible to play it agian.

- lost of money and lost of game.

Can i get refund the payment, or restart the match so i do not lost the progress?
