Getting disconnected from ea servers

I am constantly getting disconnected from the servers causing me to miss bids on players i was trying to get, lose matches, and it lowers my multiplier, and even lost my multiplier boost multiple times. Is there a way to contact someone to get this fixed?

I have already walked through all of the settings and everything on the live chat. And we cleared and reset some stuff. I was told by him i would have to get on the forums for the compensation for me losing so much stuff do to the connectivitt issues.
