Refund
I am now done with this game, it is so full of bugs it’s unreal. Don’t even know where to start complaining, but now, messing up rewards is just too much, I have spent far too much money on this ridiculous game that is not even finished. Like how can you justify realising this and charging money? Is it now just a joke to EA? Is there bets on how many fans they can annoy? Not only is the game horrendous, but the lack of customer support when you need help is just as bad. I’m out EA, I want my money back, all of it, until this game is actually finished being made. I know answers HQ is no use so if you could just point me in the right direction that would be great. I had seen other posts about getting in touch with Xbox for a refund, but it is not their issue, so i think not. 👍🏻

Couldn't agree more, one minute your winning games team feels good, then the same team is absolute garbage cant string a pass together, when an attacker makes a run down the wing my defender I'm tracking his run he cuts inside and my defender is like a truck trying to respond over runs about 10yrds almost runs out of play even when not holding sprint,
Trouble is this game is aimed at more advanced players e.g defending the average player will end up not playing the game anymore, it's hard enough to defend but when ur gameplay is bad is nearly impossible

Unfortunately won't ever happen, not saying I do t agree with you however. Personally think they should refund anyone who played 18,19 and now 20. Since frostbite engine was introduced the game has massively went downhill for most users

My level is the off button, i am better when its turned off
