Dear Technical Team, 

We have an Xbox1S.  We play FIFA20.   We play multi-player games.  Initially, when we first started (Sept 2019) we didn't experience any issues.  But since the 28th April, we started having issues. 

But in the last two months, when playing pro clubs (with my friends 2-6), I started experiences some problems:

- Most times the game glitches and freezes and then the players start speeding up again.  This varies but it happens at least twice per game.  

- Often when playing a game, I get kicked out while my friends carry on playing.  

This is very frustrating specially when I have a goal or assist and it doesn't contribute to my stats.

We have already done some trouble shooting, but the issues continue and we are in desperate need of some help.  So far, we have done 

the following:  Check the NAT after every game I get kicked out (sometimes it say NAT is open, sometimes NAT is moderate).  We have restarted the console. 

The Xbox gets the signal via wifi - we moved the Xbox so it had no obstacles between it and the wifi box .  Also recently, a technician from Vodafone checked that our 

wifi signal was in proper condition. 

None of the above have solved this problem. 

We would be very grateful if you could please advice on how to resolve this very annoying issue.
