fifa 20 screen freezez when connecting to ea servers
Hi, I recently downloaded Fifa 20 from the PS Store but everytime I attempt to connect to the ea servers, the game freezes. I press the "X" button to cancel and go offline but it does not work. All I can do is go to the PS home screen and cancel the FIFA 20 application. I believe it has something to do with verifying my EA account as all my other online games run perfectly fine. Any help would be appreciated

I am trying to log on to Fifa 20 ultimate team but the game always seems to freeze when a notification pops up saying gameplay recording paused. I am wondering how to get onto ultimate team

Hi @W12GUNNER,
Gotcha, can you try connecting from a hot spot by chance and let me know if you can connect to FUT that way? It sounds like something is blocking you from accepting the EULA/ToS for FUT on your normal connection and this has resolved that in the past.
Once you connect via a hot spot you should be able to get back in via your usual connection method.
