PS4 - UK Region - Wireless Connection - Virgin Media ISP

While playing online draft last night Fifa crashed and sent me to the PS4 dashboard the second the ball crossed the line to give me a two-goal advantage. This happened twice in 5 matches last night and resulted in a loss. If its any help I was one of the people who couldn't launch ultimate team a couple of weeks back (I could get on if I spammed R1 to get off the objectives screen). Also since the latest update when launching Fifa it displays a message saying "EAS FC Catalogue Update 1 appears to be damaged and can not be used"
