Hi,

today I decided to buy a pack for 2k FP, using Companion app. After buying that pack, it immediately opened despite the fact I did nothing. I wanted to keep that pack for today's evening event so that bug very irritated me, especially that I also had problems with even buying fifa points and I had to wait almost a month before the points were added to my account after writing two tiimes to EA. I'd like to ask if there's any chance to undo that operation (opening or buying a pack) by EA because situations like those really make me don't wanna play this game anymore (or at least buy FP)...
