Fifa 20 controller problems

I am hoping someone can help out.

the functions have all been changed to X.

for instance the shoot button is now X the cross button is also X instead of Circle and Square.

any ideas how to reset it back? Thanks

Hi @timharding1975 From the Personalization menu, then Settings, then Customize Control, you can reset to the default by clicking on the triangle if you are using ps4 or equivalent in other platforms.
Also, check the "Accessibility Options" settings with the method that works for you, or restore the defaults
