I have a problem with my old EA Origin account - I can't play online

I bought a game yesterday. I was able to log in to my old playstation account. However, when I turned on Fifa 20 automatically wants to log me in to some old EA Origin account with another old email that I don't remember the password for. There is no re-logging option because it automatically requests a password. Can I somehow unlink it from my account and create a new one? Or at least set up a new account and transfer the game to a new account?

Hello Im having the same problem right now it's telling me to sign in to an old account which It does not let me log into and now I can't even make a new account or something I don't know what to do?

I will also add that it is an old Origin account to which automatic fifa 20 has been connected. This account is inactive
