Hi @mark1234abcd,
If you haven't done it before, you should get the option to move over any unspent points in FIFA 19 when you boot up FUT in FIFA 20. If you've already done it once, you'll need to reach out to an advisor at http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us or on Twitter at @EAHelp for further assistance.
