This post will probably get removed again, but my game keeps freezing in the middle of division rivals games since yesterday. None of the solutions by the community managers helped my issue and they haven't responded to my replies that signify that. If I'm losing the match counts as a loss as well which is extremely frustrating since the game didn't even reach halftime. Live chat support is unavailable and I am being told to call yet the EA number sends me straight to voicemail. PLEASE tell me if anyone is having this problem. EA is encouraging us to stay home and play yet the servers are not working for me. I really beg a community manager to just tell me I am not alone in this problem and that EA is working on it because I have no customer support option and that there is nothing about this on EA Help on twitter.
