Game Crashes When I Score A Header & Receive Loss When I Was Winning

The game Crashes when I score a header and when I go back on the game, I have DNF loss with coin reduction punishment even though I was winning. WHY?

This also happened in FUT Champs and robbed me of 6 wins last week.

I play a few games, and NO game has as many problems as FIFA does.
