Made new ps4 account and transferd money cause of bug

I couldnt play on my main cause i get kicked everytime i end an game so it doesnt count as a win if i win and i transferd my money on my bugged account on my new account so they decided to take my money away cause i was cheating but how am i breaking the rules  if i cant play the game to make coins so i dont know but i want my coins back.
