Why do I keep getting disconnected on fifa

I keep getting disconnected randomly and it's quite annoying because I'm trying to get the icons card and I suddenly just get disconnected. When I try connect again it says an error occured downloading the Fut squad update? I can play every other game perfectly fine on my PS4? If someone could help please, thank you!
