Disconnected from 2 draft finals and can’t get hold of an ea advisor
2 days ago I got kicked out of 2 draft matches because of disconnect and when I signed back in (straightaway with no problems may I add) I got the loss, went to contact an ea advisor on live chat and mid conversation they disconnected the chat and now I can’t find an option for live chat again? Also last week the same thing happened on fut champs before the game even kicked off and I got the loss, ended up with 22 wins so that extra game would have been imoportant, I’m fed up with the constant rubbish from the company, I dedicate a lot of time to this game and I always have connectivity issues and no luck in packs, I think I deserve at least a few draft tokens back considering I play the game so much and never normally complain but this is a step too far

@910599 I'm the same mate live chat 2 weeks ago worked they told me to do all the troubleshooting stuff and I did it all then they disappeared then all of a sudden i couldn't get on chat again, and all they do is blame everything else how does it go as a loss if your winning like who quits when winning ....its a joke that's why I'm giving up on the game.

FUT Draft uses a Peer2Peer connection so you aren't connected to any servers while you are in a match, if you are getting disconnected it's because you lost connection to the other player. You can follow these steps http://bit.ly/Open_Ports as well as playing on an Ethernet cable if you are currently on WiFi to make sure you have the best connection possible. Yeah that’s all well and good mate but whatever the situation I shouldn’t be disconnecting from my opponent and then sign back in with no further problems whatever, and if that’s the case I shouldn’t be getting the loss that’s a disgrace, and before you point the finger at my connection I never have lag in my games so I wouldn’t even try that card. I’ve tried that link and of course it’s saying I “don’t qualify for one” in which I blatantly do but according to you no one actually qualifies for one because there is “no server” so it’s the players fault of course. Anyway I think purely down to my sheer amount of game time and money spent on the game a couple of little draft tokens won’t do your company any harm. How do I get a live chat?
