Garbage Support
I’ve tried multiple times creating a case to try and recover my account. I initially created the case 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve contacted EA Help on Twitter but received zero support. My case has been marked closed as if I received any sort of help. I’m running out of options and patience at this point. If anyone has any tips as to what more I can do to get some sort of response that would be appreciated. Shocking to see EA Support quality has stayed down the drain
