I have contacted ea tos team multiple times about my account banned and I explained to them how it was a mistake and the reason and it does not break the TOD rules however in reply the TOS team sending me automated emails, I was then told my account was unbanned in a email however I later checked nothing happened so I went to ea contact and the advisor said that my account should be unbanned but again nothing happened can I get help nothing happening in the attach file I have provided where it says i should be unbanned please help me my Twitter is @ oSTLTH
