Where to start... 

I've been hacked and over the last 2 months I've been trying to recover my account. I am on the "login verification" screen as soon as I log into FIFA (see screenshot). It shows a random hackers email address as mine. EA tells you to simply fill out the account recovery form but the problem is that I do not know my original sign up email! I've been playing FIFA since 2002 and on XBOX since 2006. How in the world do I remember an old email I used back in the AOL/AIM days? That email is looooong gone. 

They refuse to help in any fashion. Their tech support team directs you to the form, and the account recovery team closes your ticket immediately. After searching through forums, this has been going on for years!!! How can EA lock out their most dedicated customers? This is literally the worst business idea EVER. I've spent thousands of dollars with FIFA and have been a dedicated fan. Are you really willing to lose your fan base by locking them out of an account that is clearly theirs? 

Also, I am actively playing other EA games under the same Gamertag on the SAME console. How can I play Battlefield V on the same console but not fifa? How can you say I am not the proper owner when I fill out a form, with my IP address, with all of my last purchases, with in game details, and with screenshots of the incident? 

SOMEONE FROM EA NEEDS TO READ THIS AND ACTUALLY CONSIDER THE CUSTOMER!!! But guess what? Their response will be the same as everyone else's rants. "Tyler, please fill out the account recovery form" "If you don't know your email, you are ❤️❤️❤️❤️ out of luck" 

Who else is still having this issue? We need to spread visiblity until someone from corporate actually gives a damn.
