Tried deleting cache files to fix a white screen, but ended up with no games.

I recently got a white screen on origin saying:

Well, that didn't go as planned

Origin encountered an issue loading this page. Please try reloading it – if that doesn’t work, restart the client or try again later.

I looked up fixes to the problem on Answers HQ and found one saying to delete the cache files in Origins %appdata%, which i did.

However, when i reopened origin i found that my account did not own any games, and i had no origin friends on my account, despite the files to FIFA 20 and Apex Legends still being on my PC. When open the game from a shortcut, it says i did not own the game. Is there any way to recover FIFA 20 without paying for the game again?
