Online Seasons Freeze

My game loads up OK and as soon as I start an online season game it freezes and my xbox one needs restarted. This is the only game I have problems with. No help from ea apart from the usual nonsense that doesn't work.

Hi @begleyAFC,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
