So my account was hacked a month ago and thankfully EA managed to recover the account after several weeks. The hacker sold all my tradable players from FIFA 20 Ultimate team which were around 250 (non really that important since I started not so long ago) the thing is that EA banned my transfer market because the hacker was moving the coins between accounts. After they recovered my account they told me that I was the one breaking the EA terms and conditions and that they will not unban my account. I have been fighting with them for two weeks and all they tell me is that the made the right decision which seems very unfair since the hacker was the one using my account when it was banned. The EA support team are very lazy when it is regarding a hacked account. I am really disappointed with how they manage their customer service. They never give me feedback what so ever when I ask them what I can do to get my Ultimate team back on track and play the game with all its features. I have around 15 closed cases regarding all the problems which they just close because they do not want to do their job. I am really disappointed with EA this year.
