Fifa 20 wrong verification email
i have recently changed my gamertag and now I cant get logged in. It says they will send me a verification email but the email address it offers is clearly a hacked account that I have never seen or used before.
i have seen this exact same issue with other people on here and the recovery steps you are offering is no use. You are asking for information I provided years and years ago.
So I am stuck with a game I paid £80 for that is absolutely no use.
Customer service is absolutely shocking.

Hi Did you manage to get this sorted as my 10 year old son had spent his Christmas money on the ultimate game and can’t use the online feature as it’s a bogus email in the varification field???

I was ignored on twitter and I have raised a case twice and both times they said there was a problem with my information I should raise a new case without telling me what information there was a problem with. What is the next step if neither of these options are working?

Same issue, I went to login like I usually did with Fifa 19, and the others and it shows an email address that is not mine. This is some real *, I knew EA was soulless and greedy, but at least offer customer support.... you have the money to do so.
