FUT CHAMPIONS ISSUES

During champions this weekend i have had At least 2 games that i was leading In the second half (the last one by 3 in the 80th). Each time i got disconnected and a match under review note but nothing has been counted for me and those games are counted as played. Please fix

Do you only disconnect in FUT Champions matches or does it happen in other modes as well?
