I have the same error. Found that I can force the game to run on GPU 0 - 3d if i change directx setting in the fifasetup.ini file. But then it will run dx11 which will not be optimal either...

I'm also having some similar problems and i think for both of us it might be DirectX related. I can play about 1 hour or so and after that i get the DXGI error and the game crashes. I don't know ..
