Did you try dropping down to Div 6 or lower? A lot of these objectives don't register 100% of the time unless you're in a low division.

You can go to futbin and search a player, select the chem style you want on him, input the teams chem and his personal chemistry number, and it'll tell you exactly what stats he misses out on compared..
