I was disconnected during a game on draft mode and was in a live chat , was given a link to retrieve lost token but when going onto link said I was ineligible for token??

Drafts dont pay out sadly. I remember in 18, I won 42 drafts ( played mostly drafts the entire FIFA), the only good pull I had was IF or SIF Depay who was going for 110k (cant remember excatly). Draf..
