I have the same Issue, it says it is installed but the moment I try to get the audio to work in settings, nothing. Just tells me to download it again.

I take untradeables and in the packs I get these cards that add fitness to every player. I think you can buy them on the market too although I never have. Think they're called team fatigue cancelling ..
