Buy squad fitness cards? If you take untradable rewards you should get some in rivals every week to, you don't need a fitness team

I take untradeables and in the packs I get these cards that add fitness to every player. I think you can buy them on the market too although I never have. Think they're called team fatigue cancelling ..

Always use squad fitness cards for weekend league, I play 2 then apply 1, I also have fitness team for rivals or even squad battles if can be arsed. Sometimes it's good to take a break after a weeken..

It cant be enough for wl, sb, rivals , challenges. I play with two squads, one week my best bundesliga performs best, next week my “fitness” team outperforms my main team
