Do what my opponents do, just sprint up to me and clatter in with a clumsy challenge. They never get called. Try anticipating where they’re going and don’t overcommit. Also using Nesta helps

Im a player swarmer. Secret is while on defense just always apply pressure, rarely use jockey, pressure on heavy touch 5 depth. Pretty much just sprint the whole time On defense, usually finish games ..

Pressure is ok, but why they can run all game like that? Seems like lack of stamina doesn't affect anything. At 70' these sprinter should be able only to zombie walk.
