Same problem in FIFA 20 online season/cup matches and FUT mode. The Squad file is a problem and EA cannot give a fruitful response yet to solve the issue permanently.

yeah tbh for me it doesnt matter that much either. As long as youre playing with "decent" players like allan telles eder militao etc there is for me not much more room to improve playerwise...
