I have ps plus year subscription but when I go to play Fifa 20 online it tell me I need ps plus. Same problem I don't know how to fix. I can play other games online just EA doesn't work

Probably the account where you have the PS Plus is not yor Primary account. Activate the account with PS Plus as your primary account, and you'll solve it
