You need to make sure that the RM or LM are not RW or LW also you cannot use CF in the CAM spot. They must all be midfielders. Hopefully this will help.

Convert to LM/RM and it will work at least on a formation that has a LM/RM. I can't say if it will work if the position on the formation is a LW/RW

I know for me I’m going Zanetti. There are tons of good Midfielders that can be had, but very few good fullbacks. You could run zanetti all year and be fine.

LW RW CF and ST are attackers. In formation the LW and RW are in line with the ST or CF. For some objectives you must use players that are LW or RW when come out of pack. Otherwise it won't work. Tho..
