There is going to be some specific criteria that unlocks it, they likely dont want to say so that autobuyers/bots cant get round it easily, but they wont just say this and instead mess genuine players..

Happened to me last year selling Colombian silvers and bronzes on a Black Friday SBC for 10k each. Nothing could be done about it. I just stopped playing FUT for the year after November.
