Submitting cases is useless. They use a third party service provider who can’t do anything. It would surprise me if anybody actually looks at those cases after they are closed.

550k looks ok but not spectacular. But value depends what pack rewards are in sbc’s and also what promo packs are on the market. A guaranteed sbc is basically never gonna happen, may mix totgs etc..
