I closed the application on my playstation and now it’s loaded back up and has given me the win, I waited about 30 mins. Maybe try that and hopefully it won’t give you a loss ..

Yeah if your not going to use the wings it’s better to put them on stay back and use a narrow formation. Open field possession is easy you have to do something with it when you get to the box.
