No I didn't receive a ban message. I get about 5-10 players in an hour on bids (no sniping). So I can't understand how I went over the limit!!!

Just noticed a huge gap open in my games and had 5 full seconds at trying to close the gap. I tried moving both CBs but neither moved at all!!! It is a blant bug and boy does the AI benefit from it!
