I tried using my phone hot spot 8mbs whereas my router is 100mbs. Phone hotspot was way worse.

This is rampant in Rivals, especially with the mobile hotspot glitch people cheat by using. It counts as a loss! I was 6-2 up the other day, 80th min, the guy paused it, it lagged then ea servers loss..

Hi there, @TC7531Liverpool. Try connecting to a mobile hotspot. Then, switch back to your normal connection. That should get you past this.
