Depends on what position you want to upgrade. I currently play Mbappe as ST and Neymar as CAM and they are a deadly duo.

If you can only get one then make it Neymar!! Mbappe is good but he’s just missing that little something that Neymar has and he can play striker too.

Cant comment on Ney who I used extensively in 19 but Mbappe is good. 155 games with him. His passing is horrible though which matters a lot when playing two strikers. First touch are hit and miss too ..
