Play the game properly, I’m about halfway through Politano objectives now with no cheating or colluding. Enjoyed trying out different players and seeing which ones suit my game.

You can only expect someone to help you out if they're also going for the objectives. Given most folk aren't going for objectives, you'll just have to grind it out.
