Just have AI set to 3-4 div level or more preferably 1-2 div AI level in FUT CHAMPS Matchmaking will have the noobs play each other anyway in most games

I would like to have this. My players run at 50 pace and just let the whole team run past them. While my opponents AI do exactly as described in your post.
