Same thing happened to me but it somehow opened and now every game of division rivals ,i get disconnected at the end of the game even when I win. This cost me 12 disconnects after a win.

I read in another post a few days ago that you shouldn’t sub the player who scored as soon as the game restart after the goal. Don’t know if it’s true or not.
