I'd definitely say wait & wait longer than the weekend if you can. Especially with another TOTSSF on the 15th. Most promo card's prices soon decrease a lot unless they're exceptional like FB Mbapp..

Yeah he looks insane with a Shadow. Sadly Roma doesn't have a lot of good links for him anymore. Manolas and Nainggolan left, and Florenzi has yet to get his yearly special card.

Zanetti is the the best choice this month IMO. He's one of the few prime cards available, he's an elite option in arguably the weakest position in FIFA this year, he has a good nationality, and killer..

Liga NOS has several good options with telles, IF Acuña (the best of the 3), and IF Grimaldo. I also like Scream Guerreiro and Kimmich at those positions. Marcelo would be ideal if he didn't have poo..

It's definitely worth it and he will be 85 in a month. His 80 card is the best cheap card and his FFS last year is a nightmare to come up against, alongside with that FB Luiz.
