I’ve tried to get the new Fifa 20 twitch prime pack but whenever I go into the ultimate menu the pack doesn’t come up, I’ve tried several times and it’s not done anything. What should I do?

Do you have any lag issues or freezes in the menus aswell, like when buying or selling a player or doing general stuff? You get the spinning buffering thing for a while etc. ?
