Its the game code. When you start a career its starting you at 5 stars. When you earn stars you lose them instead of gaining them.

Took Carlos and he is great. I use him more in midfield as i like my fullbacks to stay back and Ndombele does that job done pretty good. So Carlos is mostly my midfield rocket. Need to see objectives..

@zopotocientos Loan players can't be renewed. you play them for a number of games, which is in the bottom right corner of their card, and when they have no more contracts they're gone.
