Exactly the same problem! I already got issues with twitch prime not received. Did not receive toty frenkie de jong too. Now this. I had no response to any of my tickets too. Let’s see what happens ..

Frenkie de Jong (shadow) played a lot better for me, and since he is a lot cheaper that could be a good option.

Frenkie is a delight to play with. Keep switching back to him. Kante and allan are better defensivly but his dribbling, oh boy it is good

I love his NIF card, not the best defensive stats but a nice boost with Anchor. Allan is a similar player but much better defensively.
