I have the same error. Found that I can force the game to run on GPU 0 - 3d if i change directx setting in the fifasetup.ini file. But then it will run dx11 which will not be optimal either...

@friendlyman33 How did you fix it? I tried to play with v-sync off and I get 120fps but the game stutters a little so I turned back v-sync and I get smooth 60fps.
