I got the same problem, when submitted, a communication error appeared. No pack has been received, players remain on my club, but the challenge doesn't appear anymore (neither as completed)

13 wins is usually is a good stopping point, games rarely make it to 90 mins anyway - either they rage quit or i just move on to the next game if I go 4 or more down

The most likely way to fix it is to either switch your console settings to 30hz or a lower resolution. Makes the game look like crap but I do remember it worked very well in fifa 17 I played all 40 WL..
